If so,HE is my focus for re-election.Texas is a joke,sadly.

Let me start by saying, I live in FL-08, and voted for Alan Grayson twice. I contributed to his campaigns. I phonebanked for him.
He was originally elected in the Obama sweep in a heavily gerrymandered district that favors Republicans overwhelmingly.

But I say he did himself in because he failed to recognize the constituency that he represented in minor, but very important ways.
He was seen as grandstanding and flambouyant to the moderate and conservative constituents in his district; A loose cannon, and they were embarrassed with some of his antics. And he paid the price in 2010.

Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, but I am hardly representative of this district. I believe he could have held all the same positions and votes, but toned down his rhetoric and would be in office today.
