Sorry, I don't have twitter, and rarely understand what's being communicated in its 140 characters. Is this in connection with Murdoch's difficulties, or is Hinton stepping down for other reasons? And, if so, does his family want to spend more time with him?

Now that I've given it some thought, I want to see the AP or Reuters backing up this claim before I will completely believe it to be true.
