8. We need to hear from DUer who suffer migraines to let us know
that they are not just simple Exedrin headaches and about how debilitating they can be. People do not routinely get hospitalized for headaches.

10. my son suffered with them badly, he would be incapacitated for days
At a minimum of 2 days - the day of the headache and the next day.

When the migraine would come on, it was as if he had symptoms of a stroke - slurred speech, seeing spots in his line of vision, strange smells and multiple bouts of vomiting. The pain is incredibly intense, truly unbearable it would make him cry. He would need to be in total darkness for up to 12 hrs at a time.
It could easily send someone to the hospital seeking relief.

His neurologist ultimately put him on daily preventative medicine, but it never truly stops them, and once they come on, there is no stopping them.

Awful.

Oh--I'd be remiss if I didn't mention nausea, maybe even projectile vomiting. :puke:
