2. Why are they so afraid to be specific about what they want to do?

Almost no specifics in that summary especially on the part of social security.

3. Chained CPI is there. The part that's really nasty is trying SS "changes" to deficit reduction

4. ABSOLUTELY NO!

I'm already calling DC-It's time "to make them do this" the Right way! All this POS does is Prolong the same consequence of letting the debt ceiling expire NOW. It's the equiv of setting the elderly on an ice float and setting them out to sea, imho...cutting benefits slowly as need Increases! And what about COLA'S?
