When did GD turn into the Lounge?
Sometimes I have to do a double-take? Maybe the Lounge will turn into General Discussion? :-)

2. Months ago and it's frustrating beyond belief.
I alert and to their credit the Mods do move some threads but other times I feel like there's a big punt going on because DU3 is supposed to address these issues. I can only say I hope the situation dramatically improves in the future. I tried Hide Thread for a while but there's just an overwhelming amount of noise and it's getting more and more difficult to pull the signal out of it. One just can't keep up.

Late Breaking is pruned much more carefully and it would be nice to see that kind of attention turned on GD.

3. I'm still trying to figure out how picture threads are allowed in GD, but kitty threads are not.

9. It hasn't. Use of the :sarcasm: smiley is manditory in GD and seldom necessary in the Lounge.
