A killer familiar to Americans
Norway's (confessed) killer, Anders Breivik, was so American in his style of homicidal rampage that any of the 50 states' attorneys general might be reading reports of his killing spree and thinking, "Oh yes, reminds me of..." It's as though America had taught Breivik how to be an extremist, western-style.
