"The Congress Has The Checkbook"... But Doesn't The Executive Have The Bank That Issues The Checks ?
Or at least the funds that the checks are drawn upon?

I mean... my 82 year old mother's Social Security checks say U.S. Treasury right on them (or used to before direct deposit). Same with my tax refund.

14th Amendment argument is starting to look good.

1. No darlin'...the bank has the executive.
The Federal Reserve bank, you know, that consortium of private banks.
THEY own the Treasury, and the Congress.

3. Congress appropriates the funds that the Treasury spends.
They don't just write a check, they write a purchase order.
