What was stopping the US from losing its AAA rating?
Getting a new line of credit or increasing your current line often causes your credit score to go down. How is it any different for the US? In addition, whenever you use a high percentage of your credit (credit utilization) it hurts your score.

Is it possible that the US has been allowed to keep its AAA rating for the last decade because it holds the world's premier currency?

Hey! I use USD! Where's my $14.294 trillion line of credit?

We've been ruined since June 1, 2003 when it was confirmed by the Iraq Study Group that there were no WMDs.

Lies can be very, very expensive. So are bats you can no longer swing with any credibility.

3. the 14th amendment
it is unconstitutional for the US to not pay it's debts

if Congress had a problem with the spending then it shouldn't have spent the damn money in the first place

all this debt was voted on and signed into law and needs to be dealt with responsibly
