This was just on Bloomberg

I think they also added a balanced budget amendment to the bill, which I thought was also a no starter

I sure hope the Democrats in Congress protect social security, medicare, and medicaid because I do not have that confidence in the administration

1. They can do that all they want, I would hope the Senate won't pass it.

2. This will be vetoed if it passes. A balanced budget is another pledge
to Grover Norquist. It also limits the ability of the government in times of disaster.
