14. He is not running for office.
He's yet another private citizen. You may have forgotten that he withdrew from the primary race for 2012.

Thus, his weight is irrelevant to anything. It's just a lame attempt to insult him. He's irrelevant.

He lost his weight. He made it a point in his campaign, and now he's putting it back on again.

22. normally I'd be the first to say that comments about weight are rude and inappropriate
But he was really sanctimonious about obesity when he lost the weight, so his snotty attitude about how overweight people should just have more willpower, holding himself up as a shining example of how others should live, was clearly premature, ill-informed, and, I would suggest, offensive.

When he first plopped into the media eye, he was yapping about his weight loss, which meant he was running. Now that he's not and rakes in Faux dough, well, he's dough-y.

Shep is the only one that looks like a decent guy. He's out there smoking after his show and is pretty friendly.
