It's going to die in the Senate

So either he sends up a clean bill, which will piss off the tea baggers and he can advise Cantor to start looking for gavel polish, or he'll let the default happen and after a couple days of pissing Wall Street off, he'll be back to square one and will have no other choice but to pass a clean bill and piss off the tea baggers.

No wonder he was drunk.
