I watched the Obama speech and I was struck most by the fact that in the audience are many of the people that have knowingly been deceiving, misdirecting and lying to the American public for the last few years. Concentrated corruption and bullshit if you ask me. They all sit around laughing it up because they are part of the club and as long as they perpetuate the BS and don;t make waves they can keep their status and keep the money flowing.

I can think of no other place in America where a protest would be more appropriate than the White House Correspondence Dinner. Fucking jackals and thieves if you ask me!

4. I agree that if you want to protest the media, that's a good place.....

but they have endless award dinners all year long,
and have been having them for a long time......

Too bad no one has thought about doing this till just now. :shrug:

5. Yukking it up while people WE killed are mourning.

I hated this attitude in the Vietnam era, hated it during the wars against Iraq and hate it now.

At least I'm consistent, unlike many here. My morality and values don't change.
