Barr:: "You mis-characterized what I said means 'he wanted more out there'..."

That's basically what Barr is saying about his lying in regards to the Mueller letter.

Barr's interpreting multiple letters and a phone call from Mueller in regards to Barr's mis-characterization of the Mueller report to mean what ever he wants it to mean and in this case it's ".. he wanted more out there ..."

That's where Barr should be impeached; because he's really stupid ... and stupid people shouldn't be in charge of stuff.

We all know he's lying but it's on record Barr is "interpreting" words that are clear to mean something else not even close.

Impeach stupid people.

... something totally different and he knows it.

I'm thinking this wouldn't pass the sniff test at all, I'm thinking Barr changed the Mueller report and Mueller is going to be prevented from testifying in some way.

government, after all, laws etc. are all written using this 'language'. What I do object to, is obscuring and hiding the truth in so many different ways. Rump promised us a 'transparent' government. What a joke.

Mueller provided a 4-page, un-redacted "summary" that went with the report that Barr refuses to turn over. I.e., the "summary" was written without a need for redactions. And then Barr bullshitted about it supposedly being "embedded" in the full report.

Um NO!

What a remarkable and venal achievement for the AG of this country.
He deserves to flame out and be used as an example of lack of ethics nationally.

Leahy is a lawyer, Durbin is a lawyer, Whitehouse is a lawyer, and of those who haven't asked questions yet - we know both Harris and Booker are lawyers.

Edit to add - Blumenthal is a lawyer and Coons is a lawyer.
