Keto diet observation and question

The ONLY thing that I find difficult about Keto is eating enough fat without overdoing it on the protein. Unless I really, really try hard, I eat more of the latter than the former every day. And I know that isn't good.
Any thoughts from you who have done this successfully?
I know all about fat bombs and bullet proof coffee, but If I add those to my diet, my calories sky rocket and at 67, too many calories is NOT a good thing. I know by eating sardines for supper, I can keep the protein and fat more in line, but dayum, that gets old quickly.
I also don't do the heavy cream thing for the same reason(as much as I love it). The calories outweigh the benefits.

Even if you put aside all the OTHER stuff, the theft of classified documents, the taking of millions of dollars from foreign entities while president, and attempting to overthrow the peaceful change of leadership (otherwise known as an insurrection), this ONE thing that he has been convicted of should be enough to remove him from the running.

My uncle, who is 60, is in need of health insurance.

He lives in ultra rural Alabama and the nearest "city" is an hour away. He used to be self employed picking up eggs for Marshall Durbin.
They wanted/demanded him to rebuild the chicken houses at 1/2 a million dollars. He refused and they took the houses away from him even though he had been the highest grossing egg producer for the prior 18 years. He has been unemployed for a couple of years now.
Here is my question. He is being quoted $1000 a month for health insurance. Is he eligible for government assistance? Right now, he is completely without any insurance.
