14. The fact that Biden may run again strengthens his hand in managing his presidency.

I think the question is inappropriate prior to his even being inaugurated. Let's allow to
him to deal with all the major challenges he will take on. And we will see where he is ( and
where our country is) in two years when the 2024 race begins.

To think otherwise leaves him a lame duck before he is sworn in.
