15. Evidence "looks obvious" to people on the sidelines who aren't responsible for bringing it in court

And the same people would also have an awful lot to say if a prematurely brought case resulted in a dismissal or acquittal.

But as you sit on those sidelines, constantly perseverating about what's not being done and how it won't ever happen, the people who actually have the responsibility are moving along, gathering evidence, presenting it to a grand jury and building their case. And at each step, I have no doubt that the armchair experts will continue to whine, criticize and second-guess. It's what they do.
