Lovely.

How many states are trying to do this now? now? Anybody keeping track? I gave up on keeping track of the anti-abortion crazy a while back myself.

The whole "making laws about where a state's residents are allowed to travel strikes me as unconstitutional af, but what do I know?

In addition to that part of it, I don't understand how they expect to enforce this. Are they going to stop every car that has a woman in a certain age range in it and do roadside pregnancy tests like in this ad? What about women who want to fly somewhere out of state, or take a Greyhound bus or something? Are they going to stake out every airport, bus depot, and train station? (I don't don't know if Alabama has any passenger rail service, but what if?)

What happens if a pregnant woman wants to travel to another state for non-abortion-related reasons, to visit family or for business travel or a million other possibilities? Do they actually think they can keep every single pregnant woman in Alabama from ever setting foot outside the state for the whole 9 months? I have SO MANY questions!
