They fooled the CIA and Mossad, the greatest intel agencies in the world.
They do not have the funds or brain power to pull this off on their own.

Has Iran and Russian fingerprints all over it.

Putin knew Biden would get involved and wanted to damage Biden's election chances.
Fortunately Biden was smart enough to be careful.
