1) The framers of the Constitution did not view women as citizens therefore women should not be allowed to run for president. If they do run and somehow managed to get elected that election should be null and void.

2) No one - even a woman who is president - is above the law, and therefore she should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This may seem to contradict what I'm about to rule in the Trump immunity hearing, but the differences are just too esoteric and based in 17th century law for your tiny female minds to comprehend.
