Calling everyone anyone who disagrees him a children's name?.

Who are T***p's followers going to turn to when then need validation of their racism, misogynism, and ripping children from the arms of their parents? Who will protect their sacred right to own guns, but not a woman's right to choose her health care? Who will protect the very rich but not unions?

And and on.

They can't stand that. Earth One is scary place. Earth Two as he describes it is Valhalla.
