Walker and his legislators have done everything in their powers to suppress the votes of blacks and other minorities in Wisconsin.

IMO the data shows the national republican party that they are losing the battle of the numbers. As more brown skin folks become citizens and get the right to vote in national elections the republicans will lose power. The TRUMP wall is for this very purpose.

IMO if the SCOTUS reverses the national trend to gerrymander strictly to the advantage of the GOP this trend will end and change after the 2020 census.
