TSF Is Treated Differently Than Hunter Biden re: Taxes

Former President Donald Trump used a dubious accounting maneuver to claim improper tax breaks from his troubled Chicago tower, according to an IRS inquiry uncovered by ProPublica and The New York Times. Losing a yearslong audit battle over the claim could mean a tax bill of more than $100 million.

The 92-story, glass-sheathed skyscraper along the Chicago River is the tallest and, at least for now, the last major construction project by Trump. Through a combination of cost overruns and the bad luck of opening in the teeth of the Great Recession, it was also a vast money loser.

But when Trump sought to reap tax benefits from his losses, the IRS has argued, he went too far and in effect wrote off the same losses twice.

The first write-off came on Trump’s tax return for 2008. With sales lagging far behind projections, he claimed that his investment in the condo-hotel tower met the tax code definition of “worthless,” because his debt on the project meant he would never see a profit. That move resulted in Trump reporting losses as high as $651 million for the year, ProPublica and the Times found.

There is no indication the IRS challenged that initial claim, though that lack of scrutiny surprised tax experts consulted for this article. But in 2010, Trump and his tax advisers sought to extract further benefits from the Chicago project, executing a maneuver that would draw years of inquiry from the IRS. First, he shifted the company that owned the tower into a new partnership. Because he controlled both companies, it was like moving coins from one pocket to another. Then he used the shift as justification to declare $168 million in additional losses over the next decade.

So Trump claimed his Chicago Tower qualified as "worthless" which allowed him to deduct 651 million dollars in losses, and the fucking IRS didn't investigate that deduction? WTF.

Then Trump creates a holding company, which he owns, and double dips on another 168 million dollar deduction on his Tower.

Here is what really pisses me off. Hunter Biden failed to pay 1.4 million dollars in taxes, he has since paid his taxes and yet Merrick garland appointed a Trump goon, special counsel Weiss, who is taking Hunter to court over his taxes and is asking that Hunter be thrown in jail, for several years.

TSF cheated on his taxes, IMO, and there is zero talk of him facing jail time. He just has to pay back 100 million. In the fairness of not being partisan I think that Garland should appoint a pro-Biden special counsel to go after TSF's tax fraud.

The Difference Between TSF Not Paying Taxes & Hunter Biden Not Paying Taxes

Hunter was dealing with drug addiction and failed to pay his taxes. He eventually paid what he owed and yet Garland-apponted special counsel Weiss is taking Hunter to trial to get him thrown in jail.

Trump, on the other hand, deliberately cheats on his taxes and all I hear is Trump may owe back taxes, where is the call for TSF to go to jail? Maybe Garland can appoint a pro-Biden special counsel to investigate Trump?

From Market Watch -

"The tax records cited by the report indicate that Trump twice deducted losses on the Trump International Hotel and Tower, which opened in 2009 on the north bank of the Chicago River’s main branch, which cuts through the city’s downtown.

The report said Trump initially reported losses of $658 million in his 2008 filings under the premise that the property fit the IRS definition of being “worthless” because condominium sales were disappointing and retail space went unfilled amid a deep U.S. recession.

But in 2010, the published report said, Trump transferred the ownership of the property to a different holding company that he also controlled, using the move to save money on taxes by reporting an additional $168 million in losses over the next decade on the same property."

Sounds to me like those deductions were pulled right out of TSF's fat ass. TSF most likely picked the 658 million dollar loss out of thin air.

Fuck it that everyone allows TSF to get away with shit.

TSF May Owe 100 Million Dollars In Back Taxes

TSF double dipped on tax write offs on his Chicago Tower. I honestly don't even want to talk about this. Trump has done so much illegality with his taxes and the IRS never goes near him.

Hunter Biden didn't pay his taxes while he was dealing with drug addiction. Hunter paid back what he owed, Hunter beat his drug addiction and yet Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to dig further into Hunter's life. he has been investigated for 6 fucking years. Special counsel Weiss, a Trump stooge, is taking Hunter to court and Hunter may spend significant time in jail.

TSF doesn't just fail to pay his taxes, he cheats on them so that he gets back money instead of paying taxes. Who the fuck is the IRS Inspector General? Is he a TRump stooge?

Trump has done far more illegality with his taxes than Al Capone did. I just can't take it why Trump is given so many passes.

The Fascist Supreme Court Is Leading The Way To Autocracy.

What to do when the highest court in the land becomes partisan? What to do when several members of the court have been bought off by domestic oligarchs? If there is something that can be done then Democrats, the protectors of democracy, should do it.

The court is allowing gerrymandering, disenfranchisement of black voters. The court took 30 days to put TSF back on the Colorado ballot but is taking forever to decide a ridiculous question of presidential immunity. The Roberts court is making sure that the J6 trial never makes it to court pre-election.

The court is also entertaining the appeal that what the insurrectionists did on J6 did not impede an official act of Congress.

What to do when this court has become obviously partisan?

If Trump should ever become king, he will remove the 3 honest members of the court and replace them with Magats.

It gets so frustrating. The shining stars are the states that are trying to hold the coup plotters accountable.

Dana Nessel would make a great US Attorney General.

In Bright Red Indiana

Nikki Haley - 21.7%
Niki Haley - over 128,000 votes.

What did the polls predict, lol.

Tell me again about TSF ahead in battle ground states.

Overwhelm them at the ballot box because it won't be a fair election.

Thousands Of Election Workers Have Quit Because Of Death Threats

That's what Rachel Maddow said last night. What she didn't say was that many were replaced by Magats.

According to CNN investigations, the thousands of threats are rarely prosecuted. In all fairness to DOJ, many can't be prosecuted because we do not have adequate laws, we do not have laws against hate speech. The threats have only gotten worse since 2021. Get ready on election day when several of those Magat election officials refuse to certify the vote in Democratic districts.

If Trump Is Sentenced To Jail

Do you really believe he will be made to wear that orange jump suit? I don't.

Do you really believe he will have a small cell with few amenities? I don't.

He will be treated like no other criminal has been treated.

When he loses the campaign finance trial do you really believe that he will be sentenced to jail time? I don't.

The 2 Jack Smith trials would have certainly brought him down, this trial could turn out to be a speed bump in the road for TSF.

The insurrection continues.

Has Scott Perry been indicted yet? They did seize his phone.

Time Mattered

That is all. It is shameful that Trump hasn't gone on trial yet for his theft of top secret documents, top secret nuclear/military documents.

A huge binder on Russia is still missing.

Shameful and disgusting. Judge Cannon just gave Trump another extension. He should have been arrested when the FBI discovered more documents that he was hiding.

DOJ should have worked with the National Archives from the very beginning and not let the Archives investigate on its own.

The J6 trial and stolen documents trial aren't even in the news anymore, time mattered.

Here Comes The Polls

Biden/Trump tied again. I just laugh my ass off.

Let's look at something that is real. We just had a New York Congressional special election in the 26th district. What did the polls say? The polls said that the Democrat, Kennedy, would win by 10, he won by 37 fucking points.

Fuck the polls!
